To be more precise this is when you start taking things personally. Sometimes, situations become as such that you even take constructive criticism as a personal attack and end up losing friends. You start to blame yourself and feel responsible for people’s behavior or everything that happens around you.

What then happens is that you start harboring insecurities and doubts and you even let others overpower you. In this podcast we will try and unravel ways through which you will be able to loosen up and learn the subtle art of not taking things personally.
