We either connect water with a natural resource or a basic need that keeps us hydrated. But little do we know that water is a powerful tool that can help you manifest your dreams and let go of the pain in your life.
And guess what you need for it? Just a glass of water! Yes, you read it right! All you need is a glass of water, a little time to meditate, and you will see positive changes following in your life. So far, you might not have thought of meditating with a glass of water. But, here we are guiding you for the same.

- A glass or vessel of pure water.
- A pen and paper (optional).
Steps to follow for “Glass of Water” Meditation
- To begin with, fill your glass or vessel of water and place it on the side of your bed.
- Now either think of an affirmation or a manifestation in your head or write it down on a piece of paper.
- Take a few deep breaths to ground yourself.
- Hold the vessel in your hand.
- Reverberate the affirmation while doing so, visualize and project your emotions into the water you charge it up. Keep chanting your manifestation for at least 5-10 minutes.
- Let the water then rest for 10 minutes.
- Finally, take a sip of it and mindfully attend to this energized water reaching each part of your body, filling your body with positive energy.
