After a long day of glaring at a screen for work, I need a break and so do my eyes. Do you agree with me? After putting in long hours at work, I would rather listen to an audiobook or a podcast. Despite what anyone might believe, we need to consider listening to something that not only helps us feel relaxed but at the same time, gives us tips to fine-tune our routine and relaxation time.

Here comes self-improvement and self-help podcasts. Not only these are one of my favorite types of podcasts but they are also relatable and after a tough day at work, who doesn’t want to listen to something relatable?

I can gush about how wonderfully podcasts have slotted into my daily routine all day, but I won’t. That’ll take up all the space I have!

Some people prefer to read self-help and self-improvement books, some like to watch motivating TED Talks, and some find listening to self-improvement podcasts refreshing. From topics such as coping with grief to improving self-esteem, you’ll find all kinds of podcasts these days.

And the best part about listening to podcasts is that you can do so when on a break at work, having lunch, or commuting to and from work. I listen to my favorite podcasts while doing my chores, but that’s me!
