  • Faulty belief system: in some cultures, for many years men were given a superior status to women. Therefore, such men have developed a belief that their wives are below them and they can use them as a prop to displace anger onto the wives.

If you have observed that your husband constantly yells at you, the first thing you need to do is identify the cause. Knowing the cause is important if you want to find a solution to this problem.

Some of the reasons your husband might be yelling at you we just discussed. However, these are not the only causes, there can be many other reasons so you need to observe your husband’s behavior and what is triggering their anger.

Once that is done, you can move on to finding a solution. Here are some tips for you that you can use if your husband yells at you a lot;

1. Be calm: it is very important to not add to the yelling that is being done by your husband. If you lose your temper, things will only get worse. Keep your calm and try to find out what is the matter and if the husband is in pain, how can you ease their suffering?

2. Look for temporary solutions for the moment: if your husband is yelling at you and you fear things are going too far, look for a temporary solution for the moment. It can be emotionally damaging to you as well as your husband. Therefore, opt for emotional first-aid and once things are calm, you can focus on the problem for a permanent solution.

3. Analyze the whole situation: Some things the yelling is just to mask something completely different. When your husband is yelling at you try to analyze the situation and find the real reason behind such a reaction from your husband.
