All you have to do is stick with the goals and work on it continuously for 21 days and consecutively 90 days to make it permanent. So, in the beginning, let us give it a minute and think quietly about which habit we really want to change or any change we would like to bring in our lifestyles. I am picking exercising and meditation every day. Now, I am going to share some of the best tips to maintain the commitment and goals. Let’s get started.

After deciding on the change you would like to bring, the next step is to set a goal. Like, how you want to implement it, how you want to move forward, which time is suitable for you. While setting the goal make sure, you think wisely and take small steps in the beginning.

Do not rush, sit quietly and think about the importance of bringing that change into your life. Like for me, exercise and meditation will provide me a healthy body, happiness, and inner peace. To accomplish the goal, I will wake up early in the morning and will divide the time slots for effective results. In the same way, think, set your goals and apply the 21 90 rule.

2. Make a checklist

After setting the goals, make a checklist, or simply a plan list… wherein mention all the points how do you want to start, how you want to implement your goals into a plan. For example, to exercise and meditation, I will be preparing a daily schedule sheet wherein I will mention each and every task. Along with that, I will prepare a tracking sheet to track if there is progress or not. In the same manner, you can create your checklist or track sheet.

3. Focus

Focus is the main ingredient while you are planning to make a change. How focused you are… are you capable enough to implement the change in your life… ask yourself various questions and answer them yourself. Let the inner critique speak and judge. This inner judgment is going to enhance your focus. Make sure that you bring positive judgments and focus. Don’t let the negative vibes enter.

4. Commit

Once you have set goals and all set up to bring a change… commit yourself. Because in the 21 90 rule commitment is really very necessary. Therefore, commit yourself that you will not stop until and unless you reach the goal and achieve something good.

5. Never give up

During the process, there are going to be various obstacles, remember to not give up and never leave the process. You can really slow down the speed and take a little break, but never give up from the process and keep on moving forward.

Whenever you feel low or feel like giving up the process… achieve more that day and give a treat to yourself. Or you can just appreciate yourself for coming this forward.
