3. Pause: Pauses are mini-meditations that can help you center your mind throughout the day. Take a break from your task, close your eyes, and let go of the worries for a while.

4. Give Yourself 5: Giving yourself five minutes of silence as you wake up in the morning is also a great way to cultivate silence and embrace the benefits.
