Sometimes when things tend to go off-track, we need some golden rules and ethics to get things rolling again and live life positively. A Golden rule is kind of an instruction manual that tells us how to live life positively and happily.
In this blog, I have constituted some of the lessons and ethics of life in the form of instructions that helps us to live life positively named as 10 Golden Rules.

10 Golden Rules of Life :
1. Do whatever you want to do
The first golden rule is to live life on your own terms. Focus on your career, focus on your growth, focus on your personality, and focus on yourself. Don’t let other wishes come in between. Be confident enough to live your life independently.
Apply this mantra everywhere in your life be it your social life, personal life, or relationship. Learn to live life at its best and on your own terms.
2. Treasure your physical and mental health both
Mental health is equally as important as your physical health. Therefore, take care of your mental health. If you experience stress and anxiety, get help, or read some self-help books to manage your mental stress and anxiety.
Additionally, the best way to take care of your mental and physical health is to meditate, exercise, or try yoga.
3. Be honest with yourself and take good care of yourself
How many times we ignore our stress and anxiety and keep on working with our schedules? No, we are not doing justice with ourselves. In order to take good care of yourself, you really need to acknowledge your real issues and work on them.
4. Adapt two Personalities: Creativity and Persistence
In order to follow the golden rule, creativity and persistence have their own value when it comes to a happy and positive life. Real success comes with hard work, creativity, innovation, and persistence. Once you follow this golden rule, I assure you that you will achieve your life goals.
5. Be kind to others and yourself
I really think that Karma is real… what goes around, comes around. Therefore, be kind to everyone you meet because karma is real. While being kind to others, do not forget to be kind to yourself. Whenever you achieve something or do something good treat yourself or just simply appreciate yourself for the good work.
6. Learn good habits from everyone you meet
Every day we meet so many people during the morning walk, at the gym, on the bus, in the metro, at work, at college, at café, a restaurant, and whatnot. Every person you meet has a unique good habit or quality which we should learn or adapt from them.
Like, my inspiration comes from my co-workers as they write new content every day to promote mental wellness. Similarly, learn from everyone.
7. Move fearlessly with positivity
Whenever you feel that you are trapped into something… calm down, think, make a plan B, and move fearlessly with positivity. Because staying in the trap and only thinking negative is never the solution. Therefore, learn to look for the positive side in every negative situation.

8. Keep counting your blessings and do good
As I mentioned above, what goes around comes around… therefore keep doing good and do not focus on the result. Because karma is always there to handle all the outcomes of our deeds. Additionally, the past is history, the future is a mystery, and the present is a gift. That is why focus on the present.
9. Keep Smiling
Do you know how powerful a simple smile is? One simple can change someone’s bad day into a good day. Therefore, keep smiling; it will change your perceptions too!
10. Apologize when required
Apology and sorry are the two words that are highly used and still, nobody cares. They always make you feel bad about the things which you said in a formal tone. Therefore, do not apologize excessively and use apology when really required.
