I have started doing a half hour aerobic/freestyle personal dance session every day with my bluetooth headphones on. I use a boxing round app to make me change the move in intervals. It is so private and freeing. It has been a week and its doing something to and for me. Something very positive. This has done a really good job at explaining the changes I feel.
